How to Order
Ordering from Diploma Press is easy. The following simple steps will explain the ordering process and make it as quick and easy as possible.

Find your diploma or transcript
Select the college, high school, ged or transcript category from the main menu on our website. The menu is located just to the left of our logo. You can also view all available products directly here.
After you select one of the categories you can further filter the results from the left hand category menu.
Once you have found the product you are interested click on it for further details.
Fill out the product form
Now that you are on the product page, you can begin filling out the product form.
The form will ask you to fill out various text fields such as Student Name and School Name. Any fields that are required will contain a red * next to the field label.
Located next to each field label is a ? in a circle. You can click or hover over these question icons for more information about each field.
Some options are add-ons and may change the price of your item slightly.
Once you have filled out all required product fields you need to add your item to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
Review your shopping cart
Review the items in your shopping cart and make any changes here before checkout.
If you have a promotional code you may enter it in the "Coupon Code" text field.
When you are ready to checkout click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
This is the final step before your order is complete.
If you already have an account, you will have the option to log-in. If you are a new customer you may checkout as a guest or create an account during checkout to check order status and make ordering in the future quick and easy.
Please provide your billing and shipping details and confirm your shipping method. Did you know we offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States?
The final step is to enter your payment details. Don't worry this step is 100% secure using an encrypted socket layer (SSL).
Make sure to check the "agree to terms and conditions" checkbox and click on the "Place Order" button.
The confirmation page should now appear. If the page does not change then you might have missed a required item. Look for any error messages and make any necessary changes.
You should now see the confirmation page with your order confirmation number. This confirmation will also be sent to the email address you used on your order. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it does not appear in your normal inbox.

Once your item is ready for shipping you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information so that you may track your package delivery.
