How and when will my item ship?
Most orders will ship the same day they are placed. If you ordered on a normal business day before 4 PM EST your order should ship that same day.
If you request a PDF Proof or Digital Scan then your order will ship once you approve the sample. Make sure you view and approve your sample as quickly as possible to prevent any delays. Any approvals after shipping cut off time will cause the item to ship on the next possible business day.
Your item will be shipped in a discrete flat reinforced envelope. Our packaging is anonymous.
When your item ships you will receive a shipping email with a package tracking number. Once the shipping provider has updated their system your tracking details will be available.
