Why Diploma Press?
We offer top quality diplomas and transcripts with amazing customer service. Diploma Press offers same day digital copies, next day printed copies and more. Don't forget, all orders ship free to customers in the United States.
How does it work?
We offer diplomas and transcripts for various applications such as schools that need diplomas for their students or students who need a replacement or for fun and novelty purposes. Simply select an item from our website, fill out the online product form and place your order, we will handle the rest.

How long does it take?
Orders made before 4 PM EST on normal business days will ship the same day. Anything placed after cut off time will be shipped the following business day. If you selected a PDF proof or digital copy, we will not ship your item until you have approved the proof.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your current order status by visiting the my account area. If you have any problems finding your current order you can email us and we will look up your order status. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships.
What item should I order?
You need to select an item from the appropriate category, such as college, high school, ged or transcripts. All of our "match" items are based on the original design or if you prefer you may email us an example to follow. Any item not listed as "match" will be based on the design shown in the product image.
Why haven't I heard back from you?
We track all emails that we receive for the best possible customer service. If you reached out to us and have not received a reply there is a good chance our response went to your spam or junk folder.
Can I see what my item looks like before it ships?
Yes, just select the PDF proof option on the product page. The PDF is made prior to printing so that you may view and approve your item before printing. We also offer a digital scan of your printed item.
How do you ship my item?
Your item will be shipped in a discrete, flat, reinforced envelope. Our packaging is anonymous. You can find additional information about shipping in our shipping and delivery article.
What is the best way to contact you?
For the best possible customer service we suggest email. This allows us to keep track of any conversations and ensure nothing is missed.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. Debit cards will also work if they have a Visa or Master Card logo. If you do not have a credit card we suggest using a pre-paid Visa or Master Card gift card.
